I am on a mission to discover the stories of each one of us in this church. I am asking 5 simple questions which are:-

1. Was there a time in your life when you didn’t believe in God?

No. Culturally God was there but what was He like? We were a church-going family.

2. When did that change and how did it happen?

My brother was talking about being “born-again” and I wanted to know more and I went with him to a conference in Alexandria. The preacher explained about the blood of Jesus and I felt the need to respond and went for prayer. I was 14 years old.

3. What difference did it make and how has it affected your choices and decisions since?

I felt a weight coming off me and I became less shy and able to talk to girls!!

4. Do you have a story of healing or an answer for a difficult situation?

I started medical training then went on to train for the ministry but God directed me to go back to medicine. This was an impossible scenario as I was out of touch. I was desperate to catch up and God told me I would be better within 2 weeks. It gave me courage to persevere and it happened as God said. He also provided the money and I passed. It was a miracle to me. Also I went to a meeting during that time and Cindy Jacobs prophesied that I would pass an exam even though it was very tough!!

5. What has God gifted you in?

A sensitivity to God. Creativity. I love to entertain and I’m very determined. My 5 fold gifting is Teacher.
